Trial Stay:

If you are considering a permanent move to a retirement community we appreciate that the decision requires careful consideration. We invite you to stay in one of our guest suites and enjoy all the fine services and amenities you would expect in an exceptional retirement community. We are confident you will be delighted with your stay.

Respite or Seasonal Stay:

It’s like taking a mini vacation from home. Perhaps you are looking for a change of scenery, a worry-free winter getaway or wanting to provide family/caregiver vacation. Your stay will be a great opportunity to experience all that Lord Dufferin Centre has to offer.

Bridging You Home Program: 

This program is ideal for anyone being discharged from hospital following surgery or recent illness and is unable to immediately return home to their independent lifestyle. The Bridging You Home Program provides transitional support and rehabilitation for a period of up to twenty-one (21) days. The minimum stay is 14 days. With a pre-entrance consultation we can provide support with personal care and mobility needs in order to help regain your independence so you may better manager once you return home.

 The Bridging You Home Program is a unique program developed and operated by Lord Dufferin Centre Retirement Residence. To determine eligibility, please speak with our Wellness Manager.
